Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Relationship Manager to strengthen our IT Staffing operations. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with bench and deployed consultants, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction, while also playing a critical role in timely payment collections. The position requires working in night shifts to align with US client and consultant time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for consultants (bench & deployed), handling engagement, payroll, and HR-related queries.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with consultants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Lead and manage timely payment collections from consultants, ensuring strict follow-up and resolution of pending dues.
- Maintain detailed records of consultant contracts, deployment, invoices, and payment status.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to track collections and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and present reports on consultant engagement, collection status, and overall relationship management.
- Resolve conflicts between consultants, clients, and internal teams, escalating cases where needed.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in consultant relationship management / HR in IT Staffing, with a proven track record in payment collections.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi for consultant coordination.
- Ability to handle payment collection conversations professionally and persuasively.
- Knowledge of IT staffing lifecycle, contracts, and compliance will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR/CRM tools.
