Job Description

    As an Assistant Manager in the P&C Insurance Broker Support Team at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team, optimizing processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of approximately 15 to 25 individuals, overseeing daily operations, providing guidance for professional development, and ensuring efficient workflow management. You will need to work towards achieving the team's goals while delivering high-quality services consistently within strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team of 15 to 25 individuals to achieve their goals. - Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow management. - Provide guidance and support for team members" professional development. - Assign tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements. - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery. - Prepare detailed reports on team performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics. - Maintain accurate records of all activities, communications, and decisions. - Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration. - Ensure that all processes comply with regulatory requirements and SOPs. Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in any stream. - Relevant experience in US P&C insurance lifecycle activities. - Proficiency in English language both written and verbal. - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to multitask. Preferred qualifications: - Insurance Certification would be an added advantage. - Ability to think long-term strategically and operationally. - High customer service orientation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent statistical knowledge. - Highly motivated and achievement-oriented. - Any Project or GB certification in previous experience would be beneficial.,
