- Role Overview: As an experienced SAP Testing Associate Managing Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to lead testing efforts for SAP-related projects. You will manage teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality work within specified timeframes. Your expertise in software testing, test automation, and quality assurance processes for web and mobile applications will play a crucial role in the success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage testing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. - Develop and implement test plans for manual and automated testing of SAP systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align testing strategies with business needs. - Conduct comprehensive testing on web and mobile applications to ensure full functional and non-functional coverage. - Prepare testing metrics, documentation, and training materials to facilitate efficient project delivery. - Communicate test results and updates through walkthroughs and demos for stakeholders. - Provide training on software testing and automation best practices to internal teams and stakeholders. - Utilize SAP Service Marketplace for ticketing and release tracking purposes. - Maintain effective communication and organizational skills, especially when working under pressure. - Ensure that testing efforts are in line with project goals and timelines. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of hands-on software testing experience in complex projects. - 2-4 years of experience in test automation using tools such as Tosca, JMeter, or Neoload. - Proven track record in managing testing teams and adhering to quality assurance processes. - Familiarity with SAP systems and practical experience in utilizing SAP Service Marketplace. - Strong grasp of testing metrics, documentation preparation, and user manual creation. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Desired Qualifications: - Solid technical background with experience in testing methodologies and automation tools. - In-depth understanding of SAP modules and their specific testing requirements. - Relevant certifications in software testing or automation (e.g., ISTQB, Tosca) would be advantageous.,
