Job Description
- Role Overview: As a curriculum designer at the company, you will be tasked with developing a school calendar-aligned Robotics and AI curriculum tailored for students in Grades 3 to 9. Your primary responsibility will involve crafting engaging and hands-on lessons utilizing the custom robotics and AI kits provided. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a year-long Robotics and AI curriculum that aligns with school timetables. - Design 20 progressive and interactive lessons for each grade level (Grades 3-9). - Implement project-based learning methodologies using the hardware kits inclusive of robotics and AI sensors/modules. - Ensure that the content complies with national education policies such as CBSE, NEP, and STEM learning objectives. - Collaborate with educators, developers, and product teams for testing and necessary iterations. - Integrate both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) approaches into the curriculum design. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing STEM/Robotics/AI curriculum for schools or EdTech companies. - In-depth understanding of K12 pedagogy, particularly focusing on Grades 3 to 9. - Familiarity with various robotics platforms like Arduino, LEGO, micro:bit, Raspberry Pi, etc. - Experience in incorporating AI concepts such as image recognition, sensors, or block-based coding. - Proficiency in developing age-appropriate lesson plans, assessments, and teacher guides.
