Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and poised Travel Coordinator to manage end-to-end travel operations for our CEO and C-suite leadership team.

This position demands outstanding communication, superior negotiation acumen, and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges proactively. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every executive journey domestic or international runs seamlessly, efficiently, and in line with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute complex travel itineraries including flights, visas, ground transportation, and accommodations across geographies.
  • Coordinate closely with executive assistants and the administration team to align travel schedules with strategic meetings and events.
  • Negotiate rates and corporate contracts with hotels, airlines, and travel partners to ensure premium experiences within cost parameters.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of bookings, travel authorizations, and expense reports, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all executive travel needs, offering real-time support during trips.
  • Demonstrate utmost confidentiality, composure, and professionalism while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing CEO/CXO-level travel and logistics in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and time management capabilities.
  • High level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across time zones.
  • Proficiency with corporate booking systems, MS Office Suite, and digital travel tools.
