SpiceJet invites energetic and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive - Travel Desk. The details are as follows:


Date: 22nd December 2025 (Monday)

Time: 10:00 am to 12:00 noon

Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive - Travel Desk

Department: Administration

Location: Gurugram

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 0 to 5 years.


Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage air, hotel, and ground transportation reservations for employee travel.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations, last-minute changes, new bookings due to schedule changes, delays and cancellations.
  • Update crew schedules with complete and accurate travel information.
  • Actively communicate with the operational team to ensure travel arrangements keeping in mind the safety, efficiency and service levels.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to meet deadlines within a time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be comfortable to work in a rotational shift pattern (including night shifts).
  • The applicant needs to be organized, task-orientated, and attentive to details.
