Job Description

As a Real-time Analyst at the company, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Utilizing MIS and Power BI tools to analyze data and generate real-time reports - Collaborating with Schedulers (IEX) to ensure optimal staffing levels for operational efficiency - Conducting capacity planning to forecast resource requirements and meet service level goals - Working closely with Managers to implement strategies for improving workforce productivity To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 2-10 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in MIS, Power BI, and other relevant software applications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Kindly send your profile to hidden_email if you are interested in this opportunity.,
