Job Description
- As a Deputy Manager - HRBP at our company located in Noida, your primary role will involve developing, implementing, and administering HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. You will collaborate with department managers to understand their human resource needs and provide strategic HR support. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies - Manage employee relations effectively - Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws - Oversee performance management processes - Collaborate with department managers for HR support Qualifications Required: - Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies - Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations - Understanding of Labor and Employment Law - Skills in Performance Management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR are a plus,
