Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (B.Tech) to join our engineering and construction team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of work as per specifications and codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil engineering projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.)
- Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and specifications
- Supervise construction activities to ensure alignment with design, timelines, and quality standards
- Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure material and manpower availability
- Maintain daily project reports, measurements, and documentation of site activities
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, labor, and equipment for project budgeting
- Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or hands-on experience in real estate, roadways, buildings, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera or MS Project
- Basic knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures
- Certification in safety or site management (e.g., OSHA, ISO standards) is a plus.
