Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

Job Location: Any Location in India

Job Type: Full-Time

Minimum Experience: 8-14 years

Work hour : 330PM IST 1230AM IST

Job Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in daily standup /evaluate urgent Production issues and recommend course of action
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
• Support to HCM Functional teams on Workflow, Approval, Fast formulas, HDL, HSDL Loaders & HCM Extracts.
• The individual will have to work on BI Reports, OTBI reports, Dashboards and HCM Extracts.
• Review Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates, understand, maps to the business needs.
• Prepare Technical Documentation including design documents, technical specifications and user guides
• Be comfortable working in an atmosphere of continual learning and process improvement.
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Fluency in English
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project
• Workflows, HDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Configurations, VBCS & Redwood UI
• Business process knowledge of Global HR , Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions ( Global HR , Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management)
• 4-6 years of support experience
• Excellent communication skills to work with agile team
• Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
