Job Description
- As a Web Developer at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in creating, developing, and producing web-based programs for the Agent, Employee, and customer websites. Your responsibilities will include custom designing, coordinating content development, and maintaining the web portal content to ensure a seamless user experience. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Create, develop, and produce web-based pages for assigned websites, implementing innovative web technologies to support ongoing e-Business strategies. - Design special web pages, trackers, presentations, and programs as needed by various departments. - Track website activity, produce reports, and update/create HTML files, optimized graphics, and PDF files. - Ensure the quality, integrity, and accuracy of all information submitted for posting. - Review website architecture regularly and conduct needs analysis for potential improvements. - Collaborate with internal clients to determine website layout, user interface, and navigation. - Monitor website traffic, run analytics reports, and assist with the upkeep of the portal, including evaluating modification requests and troubleshooting reported issues. - Act as a liaison between business and Agile scrum team for the build and release of functionality. Qualifications required for this role include: - Total work experience of 4 to 6 years in web development. - Experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Manager and Optimizely.
