    Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Process Executive in the Customer Support International Voice Process at Infosys BPM Ltd. The job location will be in Pune, and the employment type is full-time. The role requires excellent communication skills to attend and resolve client issues over calls. You should be open to working in a 24*7 environment from the office and possess analytical problem-solving abilities to understand and resolve customer issues efficiently. Being proactive, respecting customer's time, and demonstrating good time management are essential aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to address and resolve client issues over calls. - Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment and from the office. - Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and resolve customer issues effectively. - Take ownership of customer issues, resolve them independently, thoroughly, and efficiently. - Proactively manage time to ensure that all customer interactions add value. Qualification Required: - Full-time Graduates in Customer Support. - 0-4 years of experience. - Excellent communication skills. - Willingness to work in US shift timings. - Completion of specific training programs set by the client. - Flexible to work in 100% Work From Office (WFO) environment without hybrid options.,
