- You will be joining a diverse and global business house, Bennet and Bernard, with fifteen years of operations and a focus on Premium Real Estate development, Marine & Port Operations, Hospitality, Agro-farming, FMCG, among others. As part of the team, you will contribute to the continuous growth and progress of the organization. **Key Responsibilities** - **Web Development & Design**: - Design visually compelling web pages aligned with business and marketing goals. - Create effective visual content for websites, digital platforms, and social media. - Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites with modern design trends. - Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and optimized for performance. - Implement Progressive Web App (PWA) features for enhanced user experience. - **Graphic Designs & Content**: - Integrate photographs and digital art into cohesive designs. - Establish a unique social media voice for diverse audiences. - Develop visual content for marketing initiatives such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads. - **Web Maintenance and Optimisation**: - Regularly update websites to keep them attractive and optimized for performance and SEO. - Implement technical SEO best practices and ensure robust security measures for digital assets. - **Innovation and Trends**: - Explore and implement new design and development trends. - Utilize AI tools for design and development tasks. - Stay updated on web technologies for enhancing marketing initiatives. - **Collaboration**: - Work closely with the digital marketing team for cohesive branding. - Implement feedback constructively and seek ways to improve work output. - **International Adaptability**: - Adapt designs and web functionalities for international markets. - Coordinate with global teams to maintain consistent branding across regions. **Required Skills and Qualifications** - **Education**: Diploma/degree in web development & design, graphic design, applied arts, computer science, or related field. - **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in web design/development and graphic design, preferably in luxury real estate or high-end hospitality sector. - **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of web technologies, WordPress, PWA development, AI tools, and graphic design software. - **Design Expertise**: Proven experience in creating compelling visual ads and graphical elements. - **Photography Skills**: Ability to capture and edit high-quality photographs; videography skills are a plus. - **Analytical Skills**: Understanding of designs impact from a business viewpoint. - **Communication**: Strong writing and verbal communication skills. - **Additional**: Knowledge of current web design trends, fluency in English; other languages are a plus, proactive problem-solving skills.
