Job Description
- As a QA & Software Testing Services provider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of web applications, mobile apps, and APIs across various platforms and devices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing manual testing of web applications, mobile apps, and APIs to validate their functionality - Designing, executing, and validating manual tests for APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI - Writing complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and ensure accurate data retrieval - Testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms to ensure high-quality user experiences - Developing, reviewing, and executing test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing - Identifying and documenting software defects, collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Working closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to ensure a seamless testing process - Maintaining detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution results To excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in manual testing with a focus on API, SQL, and mobile application testing - Hands-on experience testing RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar - Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries and troubleshooting database issues - Experience in manual testing on Android and iOS applications, familiarity with testing tools like Appium is a plus - Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document findings and communicate defects clearly Join Testing Mavens to work in a fun environment with a great testing team, where you can challenge yourself and learn something new every day.,
