Job Description
- As a Consultant at Genpact, your role involves implementing Planning Central, Demand Management, Sales, and Operation Planning in Oracle Project Accounting. It requires knowledge of manufacturing modules and coordination with multiple teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing As-Is Processes and crafting optimized To-Be Processes - Performing Design Validation and identifying areas of improvement - Creating detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Documents and test plans - Exercising discretion and judgment with little to no supervision in daily tasks - Operating independently and making decisions with little direct supervision - Demonstrating excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail - Managing multiple priorities, organizing work, and meeting deadlines effectively - Driving requirement gathering, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live, and post-production support for above applications - Performing configuration and application setup Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - CA, MBA, etc. with relevant knowledge and experience in Finance & Accounting - Experience with Oracle Applications/e-Business Suite R11i & R12, including technical work, design, development skills, implementation, and production support - Extensive development of Interfaces and Conversions for processing and validating input data with Oracle Applications Base Tables - Good Understanding of Oracle Applications concepts with various modules like AP, GL, AR, CM, FA, PA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - CA, MBA, etc. with relevant knowledge and experience in Finance Accounting & PA - Extensive experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud in Finance modules - Experience in Oracle Implementation and Support - Commanding knowledge in Accounting and Business Process Flows - Deep knowledge of Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, FAH - Strong communication and customer-facing skills - Proven capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting Please note that the job posting is for a Full-time Consultant position based in India-Hyderabad.
