Job Description
- As an Employee Relations Specialist at Infosys, your role will involve understanding, investigating, and resolving any employee relations issues at the location. You will work towards achieving agreements, settling conflicts, and minimizing disputes. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring the organization's culture and values to support the implementation of policies and procedures. - Acting as an internal consultant advisor to provide a positive work environment and ensure timely emergency response within Infosys guidelines. - Leading the implementation of personnel policies and procedures. - Establishing lines of control, delegating responsibilities, and partnering with business and external bodies to achieve company objectives. - Ensuring employee assimilation and new hire compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Having a full-time MBA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field. - Demonstrating a proven track record of handling complex issues. - Developing and building relationships at all levels while acting in an advisory capacity. - Possessing excellent interpersonal communication, empathy, strong negotiation skills, and diplomacy. - Showcasing strong analytical and facilitating skills, with a creative mindset to deliver pragmatic solutions. - Demonstrating flexibility, multitasking abilities, and a preference for the human resource management domain.,
