Job Description

As a Process Executive at Infosys BPM, you will be responsible for: - Demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Utilizing problem-solving skills and quick thinking to independently identify and resolve issues efficiently. - Exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening and interpretation abilities. - Quickly acquiring process knowledge and adapting to new information effectively. - Demonstrating effective probing and analyzing skills, while being capable of multitasking. - Comfortably working night shifts and from the office premises. - Proactively engaging with clients and treating them with the utmost respect. - Managing time efficiently to ensure that client interactions add value. Qualifications Required: - Only freshers with a background in commerce from the 2hidden_mobile batch are eligible for this position. - Candidates must possess good communication skills and be willing to work in night shifts. Please note that immediate joiners are preferred for this role.,
