QA Automation Lead / Senior QA @ Neosalpha Technologies

Job Description

As a QA Automation Lead / Senior QA at NeosAlpha, your role involves ensuring the quality of software products through automated testing. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing test strategies to maintain software quality - Creating and maintaining automated test scripts for efficient testing processes - Performing quality audits to identify and address any issues - Ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills - Experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) - Quality Auditing skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Additionally, the following skills and qualifications are prerequisites for this position: - Experience in UI and API test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, JavaScript, Postman, Ready API, SOAPUI, JMeter, Java, or equivalents - Proficiency in CICD methodology and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, etc. - Good understanding of API definition languages and documents like Swagger / RAML - Comfortable working in an agile environment - Ability to recommend and enhance test practices while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Passion for technology, driving change, and continuous improvement,
