Job Description
- As a Process Associate - Cash Application at Genpact, you will be responsible for handling OTC processes and resolving disputes related to cash applications. You should possess experience with SAP ERP, particularly in collections management, and have a strong grasp of Collection/Exceptions processes. Your main duties will include: - Responding to email/phone queries regarding disputed cases. - Researching and analyzing disputes/deductions within ERP. - Coordinating with various departments to gather necessary documents/information for dispute resolution. - Identifying process and automation enhancement opportunities and proposing solutions. - Providing daily reports on individual portfolios to monitor past dues and pending items. - Implementing strategies to expedite research and issue resolution to prevent adverse customer impact. - Collaborating with team members to address ad hoc requests promptly. - Ensuring high-quality customer service by promptly and professionally responding to internal and external inquiries. - Escalating issues to senior staff or management when required. Minimum Qualifications: - B.Com degree. - Freshers are eligible. - Excellent English interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience: - Previous cash application experience. - Proficiency in MS Excel.,
