    Job Title- Customer Support Associate (CSA)
    Location- Lucknow

    Job Overview-
    Seeking enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our Lucknow team as Customer Support Associates . This role entails managing customer queries and concerns through various channels, including inbound calls, chat, voice process, and email support. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service, we encourage you to apply.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Professionally handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
    Offer effective solutions and address customer concerns through multiple communication modes (calls, chat, email, etc.).
    Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
    Adhere to company policies and customer service guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
    Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and service-level targets.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
    Typing Skills: Strong typing proficiency is essential.
    Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification is 12th pass or a graduate in any discipline.
    Work Details:
    Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)
    Shift Timings: Rotational shifts
    Weekly Off: One rotational day off
    Compensation:
    Salary: Up to 15,000
    Interview Details:
    Venue: Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow 226010
    Interview Timings: 11:00 AM 4:00 PM
