Job Description

    As an Assistant Manager in the Order to Cash department at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in managing all activities related to the O2C domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Validating the Purchase Order (PO) requests for billing purposes. - Constantly interacting with clients to gather feedback and provide support as needed, being ready to assist at various locations as per clients" expectations. - Managing Order to Cash processes related to collections and dispute management, implementing and enforcing strategies. - Communicating with end customers via calls and emails to collect pass-due amounts. - Meeting collections targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. - Managing relationships with customers, Country/Regional FD through various means of communication. - Leading and participating in conference calls with Country/Regional Financial Managers. - Participating in governance meetings at the country/region level and working closely with the team to meet deliverables, motivate team members, and develop process standards. - Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving implementation through Lean and Six Sigma projects. In order to excel in this role, we seek the following qualifications from you: Minimum qualifications: - B.Com Graduation (MBA in Finance preferred) - Relevant experience in Order to Cash processes Preferred qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel Your deep understanding of the entire order to cash process, including various invoice types, and your SAP knowledge will be valuable assets in this role. Being able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to different shifts as per business requirements are essential qualities we are looking for in our Assistant Manager.
