We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver exceptional service to clients across global markets.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone calls for international clients
• Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team leads and managers for continuous improvement

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Should have at least 6 months of International BPO voice experienece
• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
