Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated professionals to join our international voice-based sales team. As part of the International Sales Process, you will be responsible for engaging with global clients (via phone) to promote and sell products/services, generate leads, and close deals.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international customers (B2C/B2B) to pitch products/services.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in international voice sales.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates with relevant experience may apply).
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, objection handling, and closing abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in night shifts / rotational shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound international telesales.
- Prior exposure to BPO/Call Center environments.
- Minium 6 Months experience.
