Looking for Associates for Voice process: UK HR Operation

Voter ID or valid passport and 1 document is compulsory.

Office Location: Airoli east.

1. Voice Process
2. Mid Shift only (12pm or 1pm to 9.5hrs and drop will be provided)
3. Sat/Sun fixed off
4. Age criteria: 20 years to 27 years are allowed

Role & responsibilities Associate (Process: UK HR operations)

Work Experience 0-36 months

Summary

• Min 7months+ experience in international voice process is mandatory.
• Excellent communication required.
• Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner.
• Identify and learn appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
• Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
• Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries.
• Resolve client queries as per the SLAs defined in the contract.
• Maintain logs and records of all customer queries as per the standard procedures and guidelines.

Relevant Experience Any/Basic MS Excel

Category Voice/Data handling or data management

Working Conditions- Fixed Mid shift (5 days working). Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off.

Education Skills- Any graduate with all semester original hard copy is mandatory

Note : Looking for immediate joiners or who can join within 10-15 days
