Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead Motor Insurance with hands-on experience in managing a team and driving business performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Motor Insurance domain and ensure compliance with all mandatory insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve business targets in the motor insurance vertical.
- Ensure 100% compliance with mandatory motor insurance regulations.
- Guide and motivate the team to deliver high-quality customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor daily operations, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the motor insurance domain.
- Proven team handling experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of insurance processes and compliance norms.
