Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for our International Customer Service (Voice Process) team. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in a professional work environment with global exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls from international clients (US region).
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and shift schedules.
Budget: For Kolkata- 3 LPA + 0-3000 (Night Allowances)
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- Graduates from general streams: BA, BSc, BBA, BCom.
- Undergraduates and candidates pursuing graduation via distance learning are also eligible.
- Not eligible: B.Tech/BE, MBA, and candidates from specialized graduation streams.
- Age Criteria : 18 years to 29 years Maximum
Other Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US timings).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
