Eligibility:
Graduates / Undergraduates (No PGs)
Good communication skills required
Comfortable to work in night shift
What You'll Do:
- Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving billing issues.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment from customers.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex billing issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
