Job Opening: Customer Care Executive Blended Process | Mohali WFO

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Provide professional chat-based support for customer queries
  • Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Guide customers on product usage, best practices, and care tips
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend premium solutions
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness in all interactions

Eligibility & Requirements:


  • Education: 10+2 / Graduate (any discipline)
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Age: 18+ years
  • Must not be pursuing regular studies
  • Shifts: 9.5 hours, rotational, 5.5 days/week
  • No leaves for the first 3 months
  • Cab facility available for female employees (9 PM 6 AM shifts)

Compensation:

  • Freshers: CTC 28,000/month | In-Hand 23,000/month (23,000 fixed + up to 2,000 PLI)
  • 1+ Year Experience: CTC 29,000/month | In-Hand 24,000/month (24,000 fixed + up to 2,000 PLI)
