Tech Mahindra- Hiring for International BPO

Key Responsibilities:

Voice Process and Non Voice Process
Provide Excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

NOTE: ONLY MUMBAI CANDIDATES CAN APPLY

Eligibility:

Graduate/Undergraduate degree
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)
Candidates with 0-12 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to apply
