Job Description
- You will be working as an Assistant Manager in the Record to Report team at Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm. Your role will involve managing a team and overseeing end-to-end accounting and reconciliation processes. **Responsibilities:** - Manage multiple partners effectively - Ensure smooth month-end close and reporting on a monthly basis - Adhere to and meet KPIs/SLAs, and ensure timely execution of controls - Drive the audit deliverables and submit evidences in a timely manner as per requirements - Develop customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead process update calls with customers as needed **Qualifications:** *Minimum qualifications:* - MBA in Finance (candidates with a B.Com degree) - Relevant work experience *Preferred qualifications:* - Candidates with CA Inter degree and relevant work experience in General Ledger - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel - Ability to work with different ERP packages like JDE & SAP,
