Job Description

As a Process Associate in the Content Moderation - English team at Genpact, your role involves maintaining standards of quality by reviewing content and providing resolutions based on prescribed guidelines. You will need to recognize trends and patterns, raise issues timely, and provide insights to enhance user support. Your responsibility also includes maintaining a thorough understanding of processes and policies while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality - Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines - Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely - Provide insights to help improve the support to the users - Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies - Provide excellent customer service to our customers Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate (PG an added advantage) - Freshers are eligible - Fluent in English Language Please note that this position may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts, including daily review of online content that may be highly sensitive in nature. Effective probing skills, problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach, and flexibility in working schedules are preferred qualifications for this role at Genpact.,
