• Candidate must be doing business of at least 35 Lacs every month
• Leads should be generated purely through open market.
• Should be doing Loan against property in affordable segment (Ticket size- 10 to 40 lacs).
• All SMs must have prior team handling experience.
• No undergrads shall be eligible.
