Job Description

Project Role: Product Support Tech Advisor

Experience: 2-4 Years

Job Location: Bangalore

Skills: SQL query writing, MS SQL Server, Application/Production Support


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong knowledge on MS SQL
  • Should have experience working on a support role
  • Strong debugging skills and excellent communication (Verbal / Written)
  • Good amount of knowledge on PBI, SSIS will be a nice to have
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Ability to handle client queries without slipping on the agreed SLA.
  • Focus on deliveries without compromising on quality.
  • Have the skills to handle client conversations and and handle their queries.
  • Independent thinker, Share investigation results and observations with the stakeholders and implementation teams as needed.
  • Ability to analyze the code and understand the business logic.
  • Should be capable enough to create dashboards in excel and PBI.
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with team members in performing quality checks for the delivery of projects with tight turnaround times.
  • Ability to understand customers wants, needs and expectations & attention to detail Business/operational skills that include customer focus, commitment to quality management, and problem solving.
  • Focus on quality in all aspects

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent.
At least a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in related field is required.
Demonstrates strong problem solving and business analytical skills.
Demonstrates strong understanding of complex concepts and processes.
Has initiative to learn and is self-motivated to attend to client needs and resolve concerns with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel (perform data quality analysis) is essential.
Good team player
Healthcare knowledge would be a plus.
