Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Handles visa, work permit, and permanent residency applications, including document gathering, filing, and renewals.
Guidance and Compliance: Advises employees or clients on immigration laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
Liaison: Coordinates with external legal counsel, government agencies, and internal departments like HR and recruiting.
Record-Keeping: Maintains accurate and confidential documentation for all immigration-related activities.
Research: Stays informed on changes to immigration laws and regulations to provide timely and accurate guidance.
