Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Ability to provide architecture, solutioning, and estimations for migration projects.
o Understanding of application and data migration to AWS, including Full Stack Java, AWS, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, Bitbucket or similar, Junit, Mockito, IAM.
o Knowledge of microservices architecture and development using platforms like Spring Cloud or Netflix. o Experience with containerization using Kubernetes and Docker.
o Strong knowledge of full stack Java, SQL Server, Bitbucket, or Junit.
o Customer-facing skills to drive discussions with senior client constituents regarding best practices, execution planning, and risk mitigation.
o Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges. o Highly technical and analytical, with significant experience in IT implementation.
o Deep hands-on experience leading the design, deployment, and management of scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant business systems.
o Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.
o Passionate about learning and able to absorb new technologies quickly.
o Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g., security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA, etc.). Roles and Responsibilities:
o Provide technical guidance and mentor the development team.
o Understand the existing architecture from the client team and ensure alignment with AWS migration best practices.
o Ensure the correct use of recommended tech stack, framework, and tools in development.
o Maintain code quality and performance optimization. Identify potential risks and take appropriate action for mitigation.
o Good to Have: Experience with Angular.
