Job Description
- As a Domain Trainee - Insurance Underwriting at Genpact, you will utilize your experience and knowledge of insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes to process transactions for the Underwriting Support Teams and effectively communicate with the Onsite Team. Responsibilities: - Transaction processing for Underwriting Support Teams - Communicating with the Onsite Team - Responsible for Endorsement Processing - Demonstrating good customer service attitude to clearly articulate resolutions - Handling varied volumes of workloads and meeting targets and deadlines timely Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline - Relevant work experience in the P&C Insurance market - Comprehensive knowledge of the Underwriting lifecycle - Ability to demonstrate and promote customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative, and innovation - Fluent in English language - both written and oral Preferred qualifications: - Insurance domain awareness - Proficiency in MS Office - Certification in CII i.e. ALMI, FIT, Cert CII, AINS, CPCU or equivalent - Knowledge of Bureau/Non Bureau market - Understanding of end-to-policy life cycle (Submission till Endorsements and UW Support Tasks) - Exposure to Reinsurance Market, including Prop and Non-prop types - Knowledge of Treaty and Fac Reinsurance,
