Job Description

Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing tools
Screen resumes and candidate profiles to match job requirements
Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates
Assist in outreach and engagement of passive candidates
Design and update job descriptions to reflect evolving requirements
Advertise job openings across multiple platforms and channels
Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person)
Coordinate with internal hiring managers
Provide ongoing communication and support throughout the selection process
