Job Description
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Work on HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required.
- Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (final year students may apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic HR environment.
- Hands-on learning across various HR functions.
- Exposure to real-time HR operations and processes.
- Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).
- Stipend as per company norms.
