Job Description
- As a Process Developer at Genpact, you will work across various categories, requiring a diverse range of category knowledge. Minimum qualifications: - Possess a graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic background. - Exhibit good communication and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications: - Previous experience in Procurement and Sourcing is advantageous. - Proficiency in effective probing, analyzing, and understanding skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. - Demonstrated proficiency in written English with a neutral English accent. - Ability to work on a flexible schedule. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills.,
