Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources. Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting. Proficiencies in HR metrics, data interpretation, and reporting tools. A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology. Other Qualifications: An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
