Job Role : Operations Manager (India & Middle East)

Reporting To: CEO
Location: Hyderabad, India (with regional responsibilities for Middle East)

Experience:10 Years

Role Summary
He will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Boston Renal & Diabetes Institutes (BRDI) Clinic-in-a-Box model across India and the Middle East. His responsibilities include managing operations, owning P&L, executing marketing strategies, overseeing vendor management, procurement, HR practices, MIS reporting, and ensuring clinical and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the rollout of new clinics in India and the Middle East, standardizing infrastructure and workflows.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and optimize ISR therapy utilization.
• Take full accountability for P&L, including monthly MIS reviews and reporting.
• Drive marketing execution and patient acquisition strategies.
• Manage vendor contracts and procurement to ensure cost efficiency.
• Establish HR practices aligned with BRDIs culture and performance standards.
• Promote cross-country collaboration and cultural adaptability within teams.
• Oversee clinical strategy delivery, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, and ensure accountability for EMR/CRM data.
• Represent BRDI in regional partnerships and expansion initiatives."
