Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Life Insurance products via inbound and outbound calls.
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
  
• Maintain detailed customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  
• Follow up on leads, handle objections, and convert prospects into policyholders.
  
• Adhere to company sales processes, quality, and compliance standards.
  
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (Life Insurance experience mandatory).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (Kannada/Tamil preferred).
  
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  
• Basic computer literacy and CRM handling experience.
