2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, including hands-on contract staffing exposure.
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and current market trends.
Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience working with vendor management systems (VMS) or MSP programs is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
