Key responsibilities:
- To ensure operation & Preventive Maintenance of all AHU, DCU, APU, Ventilation, Water system (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary Water Treatment Plant) done as per schedule in SAP and maintain the record.
- To ensure uninterrupted supply of HVAC related system and availability of 100% HVAC related services, all types of water in all over the Plant as per requirement and hassle free operation of Up Stream & Downstream.
- To handle and resolve day to day problems e.g. RH, Temp, DP.
- To ensure all HVAC related break-downs are attended promptly & minimize the impact on production loss.
- To check the breakdown Memo daily in SAP, close accordingly & maintaining records.
- To ensure the Compliance of cGMP & EHS while doing operation & Maintenance activities & to use and ensure the proper use of PPEs during carrying out all maintenance activities and follow all safety instructions.
- To prepare list of critical spares & ensure that all the stocks are available all the time.
- In order to minimize break down RCA (Root Cause Analysis) should be carried out &then take necessary actions to minimize it.
- To understand all relevant SOP & follow the procedure as mentioned in SOP.
- Assist senior to provide data to generate monthly, quarterly report and QA in completion of equipment qualification / HVAC system
- To investigate the breakdown & incidents reports and to implement the CAPA.
- To prepare indent for consumable and spares
- To prepare SOP & others documents as per requirement.
- To propose and initiate the development work for new system/ equipment.
- To coordinate with all department production, QA, QC, Store.
- Design, Installation & Commissioning of New Project in HVAC.
- To perform any other job assigned by the HOD/ Management.
- To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues / subordinates / workman.
- To get the training, maintaining own Training file, train the subordinates and workmen as when it is required.
