Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager to join our HR operations Team. This role will primarily focus on HR operations and MIS reporting, with additional responsibilities involving payroll / leave and attendance management. The ideal candidate will have strong data visualization skills and a passion for process improvement through automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and automate dashboards using Excel or Power BI for payroll insights and workforce analytics.
- Prepare and manage MIS reports related to payroll, leave, and attendance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support audits and compliance checks by providing relevant data and reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within payroll and attendance workflows.
- Assist in managing leave balances, attendance exceptions, and related queries.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across payroll and attendance systems.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________Must-Have Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and leave/attendance systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
