Job Description

• Designation: Retainer (HR Operations)
• Contract Duration: 1 year
• Shift timing:10 /11 am to 7/ 8 pm
• Location: Airoli Navi Mumbai
• Working mode: WFO - Monday to Friday
• Budget- 20-25k Per month Inclusive of 10% TDS

Role & responsibilities:

• Conducting Pre Onboarding Documentation Check before releasing Offer & Releasing offers Manually and through Oracle System.
• Conducting Onboarding & Documentation Session the date of joining- Virtually & Physically.
• Complete Pre Onboarding & Onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners
• Co-ordination required between candidates & the internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining & updating different HR-OPS reports.
• Closing of different requests raised by employee on internal portal.
• Flexible to stretch the working hours whenever needed to Conduct Onboarding sessions for new joiners or to extend offers.
• Complete onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners.
• Carrying out different activities related to pre & post Onboarding.
• Query Resolution-HR Tool

Qualification and skills required:

• Any Graduate / PG
• Ability to work independently yet remain an active member of a collaborative team
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. (Excel)
• Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
