Job description Aftersales Supply Planner

• Generating the spare parts demand forecast based on the past trends, vehicle sales and type of spare parts
• Discussing the forecast with sales and service and collect any market inputs
• Calculating the net spare parts ordering requirement based on forecast, inventory, pending orders etc.
• Creation of PR/PO requisitions for approvals and release of Purchase orders to suppliers
• Identify the urgent air/courier shipment requirements based on the stock levels, customer requests, service level etc.
• Coordinating with logistics and suppliers for timely delivery of goods to warehouse.
• Identify the critical items for spare parts based on the vehicle sales, type of spares etc.
• Define the spare parts inventory levels based on the norms and review of any mismatches across the nodes
• Review of inventory levels at warehouses, reporting of inventory and supply performance and making recommendations
• Understanding of servigistics or similar spare parts tools
• Working in US shifts and good communication skills
• Experience in working in automotive or industrial products spares parts distribution and planning
