5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in product, UX, or marketing contexts).

• Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Quicksight, Looker, Power BI).
• Familiarity with experimentation and testing methods (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in agile environments and with iterative product development cycles.
• A rigorous approach to documentation, measurement, and reporting.
