Job Description
Capgemini is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented WLAN Validation Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Wi-Fi protocol testing and performance validation, along with a solid foundation in programming and RF communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate WLAN protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform performance testing including throughput, RvR (Rate vs Range), and other key metrics.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi 802.11ac/ax/be/MLO standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust validation coverage.
- Develop and maintain test scripts using programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, Python, etc.
- Document test results and contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes.
Required Skills:
- 13 years of experience in Wi-Fi protocol testing and performance validation.
- Strong understanding of WLAN protocols and RF communications.
- Good knowledge of Wi-Fi standards: 802.11ac, 802.11ax, 802.11be, and MLO (Multi-Link Operation).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: C, C++, C#, Java, Python.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and validation tools.
