Job Summary:
Join our IntouchCX team as a Customer Service Agent to help customers reduce their bills and optimize service usage. You will analyze customer usage, identify savings opportunities, and offer personalized solutions to meet their budget goals. Key
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a voice call center environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of products, services, and pricing.
- Ability to upsell solutions that benefit the customer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in telecommunications or customer service industries.
- Relevant customer service certifications.
- flexible with rotational night shifts and week offs
- No leaves for next 6 months
